奧普拉·溫弗瑞，作為一名黑人，更為當今世界上最具影響力的婦女之一，她的成就是多方面的：通過控股哈普娛樂集團的股份，掌握了超過10億美元的個人财富；主持的電視談話節目“奧普拉脫口秀”，平均每周吸引3300萬名觀衆，并連續16年排在同類節目的首位；2009年11月20日，據國外媒體報道，在播出了23年之後，脫口秀女王奧普拉·溫弗瑞的節目《奧普拉脫口秀》将于2011年9月9日結束。
