C．行為型使動詞：

行為型使動詞是表明引起動作，而産生狀态、位置、 姿勢等方面變化的動詞，分為過程型使動詞（Process Causative Verb）、動作型使動詞（Actional Causative Verb）和姿勢型使動詞（Posture Causative Verb）。現分 述如下：

（1）過程型使動詞：

過程型使動詞表明一個事件的過程，即一種狀态向另外一種狀态的變化，或一種狀态的延續。這些動詞既可當不及物動詞用，也可不改變形态而當及物動詞用，具有cause sb．to do sth．的意思。在這裡，實際動作接受者往往是些抽象的事件。這個類型動詞主要有begin，start， commence， continue， go on（with）， end， finish， stop， close， change， alter， develop， increase， decrease，grow等，例如：
