英語應用文寫作之公證書

公證書 （Notarized Certificate）
 這裡所講的公證書，是指被授予權力的公證機關對某人或某事的實際情況所做的書面證明，它的書寫形式要比一般證明書嚴格。通常的寫法是先将年限代号、公證機關代号和公證書編号依次并排寫在右上角，然後另起一行，直接寫明要證明的内容。最後在正文末句下一行的右邊，分别署上公證機關的全稱，公證人姓名和發文日期。（應用文大全P. 443）
 書寫公證書要嚴肅認真，引用材料必須真實、可靠，有憑有據，而且語言還要簡潔、清楚。
1． 出生證明（Birth Certificate）

 This is to certify that Qiming Li, male, born in July, 1931, is an associate professor of English of Nanjing Teacher’s college.
 He entered Shandong Teacher’s College in September, 1952. Since then, he had been studying English in the Foreign Language Department for 4 years, and in September, 1956, he was working as an assistant in the Department after graduating there in July that year.
 In July, 1958, he was enrolled to study in the Foreign Language Department of Shandong University as a postgraduate on English Literature. He had been studying there for 3 years and finished the courses in July, 1961.
 From October, 1961 to July 1972, he was working as an instructor (lecturer) in the Foreign Language Department of Shandong University.
 Since September, 1972 up to now, he has been teaching English in the Foreign Language Department of Nanjing Teacher’s College. In December, 1979, he was promoted as an associate professor.

 1961年10月至1972年7月，在山東大學外語系任講師。
1972年9月至今，在南京師範學院外語系任教。
1979年12月晉升為副教授。
